Join us for a chat with Senior Researcher at the National Hellenic Research Foundation Evangeline Markou. She will address various and alluring aspects of ancient Cypriote numismatics of the classical period. During the 5th and 4th centuries, many kings minted coins of different types in different kingdoms. She will examine coin types and legends, coin circulation and weight standards, taking into consideration recent finds and current research.
