  • .835 silver, official weight 20 grams, with a fineness of 16.7 grams; struck at the Eidgenossenschaeftliche Muenzstaette in Bern; of the silver coin in uncirculated condition, 2,330,000 were produced, sold by the Schweizerische Nationalbank in Bern from May 2, 1991, onwards, at an issue price of 20 francs; another 110,000 in uncirculated were issued in special holders, and another 100,000 in proof; 800,000 gold coins of 250 francs were also made.
