Frederick Stymetz Lamb (1863-1928) was trained as a painter in New York and Paris, but he is best known for his work in stained glass working out of J & R Lamb Studios in Greenwich Village—a family business founded by his father and uncle. The presentation of the plaquette at the National Arts Club was on January 15, 1907.
