The ANS has a number of endowments that have been established to fund specific projects, areas of numismatics, or curatorial positions. Among these areas are:

• Mark Salton Chair in Medieval, Renaissance, and Early European Numismatics
• Resolute Americana Chair in American Numismatics
• Andrew M. Burnett Chair in Roman Numismatics
• Chair of the Executive Director
• ANS Relocation Fund
