  • A specimen of the extremely rare New Zealand Cross, inscribed Solomon Black, Natapa, January, 1869. It is a duplicate issued by the New Zealand Government, Constable Black having lost his original. The original passed into the collection of Coins and Medals formed by the late Dr. Buick, of Larne Harbour, Ireland, and was sold at his death in the year 1907 in London for L170.
