Scope and Content

Black leather, tabbed, loose-leaf notebook from an unknown creator, containing about 150 unpaginated leaves, with1934-dated calendar as first leaf. Handwritten listings are on ledger-like pages for an unidentified coin collection. Some of the thirteen tabs include the following categories: American colonial, U.S. large cents and half cents, Great Britain, foreign silver, curious money, ancient gold, and U.S. gold. Most of the listings identify the coin by date, grade/condition, and a third, unidentifiable characteristic. Contained in a pocket in the back cover are two loose, folded documents pertaining to coins.
