Year-End Appeal 2008

Our work would not be possible without your annual support of the Society. Financial and in-kind gifts will allow us to focus our energies on developing more programs that bring the fascination of numismatic research to academics, collectors and the public at large. Please address gifts and inquiries to Megan Fenselau in the Membership Office (212) 571-4470 ext 117, membership@numismatics.org

Exhibition Closing

This is your last chance to view our current exhibition, 100 Years of Solicitude: Collecting by the New York Numismatic Club http://numismatics.org/ProgramsExhibitions/100yearsofsolicitude/. This exhibition, generously sponsored by Numismatica Genevensis SA and members of the New York Numismatic Club, will be on view through January 15th, 2009. Visitors will see some extraordinarily beautiful coins, medals and orders from some of the most prominent collectors in New York.

We are particularly grateful to Dr. Alain Baron of Numismatica Genevensis SA of Switzerland. His auction on December 2 and 3, 2008 featured some great numismatic treasures. For more information and a list of prices realized, visit http://www.ngsa.ch/images/pdf/listerealise.PDF
